APRIL 10, 2008***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** LAST CALL TO INVITED TEAMS

All teams that have received invitations to the 2008 Summit but have yet to fully complete registration have until the end of business on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 to secure their spot. On April 16, all pre-registered teams that have not completed registration will be placed on the wait list and will be processed on a first come, first served basis along with teams invited off the wait list. With close to 100 teams in the event this year, no exceptions can be made and no personal outreach will be made to teams that participated in the 2007 event. To those of you potentially impacted by this, your immediate attention is requested. Thank you!

APRIL 1, 2008: INVITEE REGISTRATION PERIOD EXTENDED TO APRIL 15, 2008

The April 1, 2008 deadline for the acceptance of invitations is now upon us. We will be sending a final e-mail reminder to all outstanding 2008 invitees to get their teams fully registered for the upcoming tournament. After April 15, all spots will be filled on a first come first served basis and invitations will be sent to wait listed teams. This is the last call for all teams that have received invitations to date!

2008 INVITATIONS E-MAILED ON FEBRUARY 18 

Invitations to the 2008 Summit were distributed by e-mail on February 18 to 2007 participants and to wait-listed teams to fill known openings. Invitees will have until April 1 to register in full. After April 1, wait listed teams will be invited to fill any available openings. Team contacts who have changed e-mail addresses since 2007 should notify the tournament by sending an e-mail to george@lakeplacidlax.com as soon as possible

INTERESTED IN BEING PLACED ON THE TOURNAMENT WAIT LIST?

Most divisions in the tournament have a short wait list. There is very little attrition from year to year but several teams do get invited off the wait list every year. In addition, there will be some modest growth in a couple of divisions this year so there are immediate opportunities for wait listed teams. To add your team to the wait list, send an e-mail to info@lakeplacilax.com and be sure to specify which division of play you are interested in.
